I have the right to refuse any commission request for whatever reason (I'll explain if so).

To finish a commission the time may vary especially given the fact I'm a student and I might have WIPs to finish, too. I'm generally not very slow and I will make sure to give you updates and communicate as much as I can, however I'm gonna kindly ask you to be patient.

Payment is through PayPal only, (or, at best, through Nintendo/PlayStation giftcards), and you'll need to pay after I send you the sketch if you find no issues with it and have no changes to suggest.

Commission cancellation is only allowed before payment, if you decide to cancel it later I'll only refund up to 50% of the price.

Any kind of modification request is allowed during sketching or lineart phase, after that it will be subject of additional fees. Please speak up if there's anything you don't like.

Since I'll be showing you part of the process, I won't allow refunds unless I'll be the one unable to complete your commission.

Please provide clear references and detailed info about what you request to me: the more references you can give me, the better! (includes poses, setting etc.)

You're allowed to use it in any way except personal profit, just make sure to credit me, don't remove my watermark and don't trace it.

I have the right to post the finished work (I'll mention the client if comfortable with it).

Under no circumstances use my art for AI / NFTs.

May be common sense and perhaps illegal to behave otherwise, but it's obviously prohibited for you and me both to share eventual private info we may or may not see during ordering & payment phases (eventual email addresses, phone numbers, legal names etc etc)

If you've read through all my Terms of Service, you can DM me but I'll be probably redirecting you to a Google Form made specifically for this matter (it's linked down below) as I feel it's easier and safer for me and it allows me to avoid scams more efficiently [or at least I'd hope so].

I will be contacting you after I receive and review your filled form. You may please only do that when my commissions are open and the slots aren't all taken.

As stated earlier, I accept payment right after the sketch is done and accepted from you, on PayPal.

I'll send you the finished piece either via Drive link or email.
